Your responsibilities:

• Thoroughly analyse plans, specifications and technical documents, paying close attention to quality, safety and administrative requirements.
• Request and compare quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Carry out arithmetic and systematic checks to ensure that files are fully and correctly substantiated.
• Prepare detailed cost calculations, including risk assessment, overheads and margins.
• Attend site visits and meetings to make a realistic assessment of the project’s progress.
• Monitor and process adjustments, additional works and reduced works during the execution of the project.
• Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team and to improvements in cost estimation tools and internal processes

Profile

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the construction industry, or equivalent experience.
• You preferably have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role; experience in structural works projects is an advantage.
• You have strong analytical skills and work with great precision, even under time pressure.
• You are able to work independently on cases, but work just as well in close collaboration with colleagues and partners.
• You can read building plans with ease and have a good knowledge of calculation software such as KPD, AutoCAD or MS Project, or similar tools.
• You take responsibility and contribute proactively to discussions on risks, efficiency and optimisation.
• You communicate clearly in Dutch; knowledge of French is an asset.

Experience in Class 7/8, from structural work through to finishing, and project-based construction supervision is highly valued.
