Sales Support Air Freight

Function

As Sales Support Specialist Air Freight you play a crucial role within our sales team and act as the backbone of our sales processes. In this administrative support role, you will work closely with key account managers and business development managers. Your duties will include:

• Preparing analyses, reports and presentations, such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
• Checking the accuracy of customer data.
• Support a variety of administrative processes that contribute to efficient sales operations.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal departments such as customer service, warehouse and finance.

This position is based in Machelen, Flemish Brabant, Belgium and offers an excellent opportunity to use your administrative skills and operational acumen within a dynamic environment.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Preferably previous experience in air and/or sea freight (this is a plus but not a requirement).
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in working with figures and text.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with various departments within the organisation.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both oral and written. A good basic knowledge of French is also desirable.
• Good knowledge of PC tools such as Word and Excel.
