Regional Manager Service and Maintenance

Function

• You follow up service and maintenance contracts technically, administratively and financially
• You manage technicians and subcontractors and monitor planning, quality and budget
• You maintain contacts with clients and suppliers
• You contribute to service, maintenance, interventions and resolving faults
• You take the lead over operations in the West region and ensure continuity
• You monitor capacity and priorities and strengthen collaboration within the region
• You identify commercial opportunities and further develop the activities

Profile

• You have at least 10 years of relevant experience within building techniques
• You have extensive experience within service and maintenance
• You hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as electricity, electromechanics or energy technology
• You have experience as a regional manager or as an experienced project leader/project manager within service and maintenance
• You have broad technical knowledge of building techniques, with a strong foundation in electricity and knowledge of HVAC, sanitary and related techniques
• You have experience with financial and commercial follow-up and have an eye for profitability
• You maintain an overview, set priorities and make decisions independently
• You lead in a natural way and collaborate smoothly with technicians and colleagues
