Project Manager Building Technologies

Function

• You are the central point of contact for technical installations across a wide range of projects.
• You translate the needs of the client and the project into feasible plans for the engineering team.
• You manage a team of project engineers, modellers and site managers.
• You monitor the timing, quality and budget of projects.
• You supervise execution and follow up on delivery.
• You maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders and internal colleagues.

Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the management of technical installations.
• You have experience in managing a team.
• You are experienced in delivering projects within agreed parameters.
• You communicate fluently and think in a client-oriented way.
• You work in a structured manner and make adjustments where necessary.
• You actively seek process improvements.
