Project Manager Maintenance HVAC
Function
- As Maintenance Project Manager HVAC, you translate existing maintenance contracts into a feasible monthly schedule, so that technicians can get to work at the right moment with the right information and materials.
- You monitor maintenance contracts in East and West Flanders, from preventive maintenance to comprehensive warranty agreements, and keep clients informed of progress in a timely manner.
- At the start of a new contract, you carry out an on-site baseline measurement. This allows you to accurately record the initial technical situation and create a reliable foundation for further agreements.
- Clients can turn to you for technical advice. For works outside the contract, you draw up clear, tailored quotations with attention to feasibility, quality and budget.
- The schedule forms the basis for your orders: you ensure the necessary materials are available in good time and keep technical specifications and material data up to date.
- You coordinate a team of HVAC and refrigeration technicians and ensure smooth collaboration, clear priorities and safe execution on the work floor.
- Quality, safety and financial monitoring have a fixed place in your work. You check the execution, monitor the status of maintenance contracts and report clearly to your line manager.
- From Bruges, you work as a project coordinator on the reliable operation and sustainability of technical installations in large buildings. You are given the freedom to make independent decisions and propose improvements.
Profile
- A bachelor's degree in electromechanics, preferably with a focus on air conditioning, is welcome. An equivalent technical background gained through experience is an equally valid foundation.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience with HVAC techniques and the follow-up of maintenance contracts. This means you understand both the technical details and the practical impact of a schedule.
- Structure and overview help you to manage multiple contracts, interventions and orders simultaneously without losing sight of important details.
- When circumstances change, you respond calmly and purposefully. You make decisions, communicate the consequences and keep the service on track.
- You communicate clearly and assertively, but adapt your style to technicians, clients, suppliers and colleagues. This approach is important for keeping expectations clear and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Organisation
Our client is responsible for all technical installations — from design&build/renovate to maintenance, monitoring and optimisation of large buildings. Through targeted interventions or a fully tailored approach, we support companies in sustainability and energy efficiency to accelerate their energy transition.
Offer
- A more than market-competitive salary in line with your experience and responsibilities, supplemented by an electric company car and charging card.
- Practical benefits for every working day: meal vouchers of €10, a mobile phone, laptop and a net expense allowance.
- A group insurance and hospitalisation insurance provide additional financial and medical protection.
- Through a cafeteria plan, you can tailor part of your benefits to what matters to you.
- With a full-time working week of 40 hours, you enjoy 32 days off: 20 statutory days and 12 ADV days. You can plan your leave freely, so that work and private life fit together well.
- You work from Bruges, with a working area in East and West Flanders, and have the autonomy to organise your schedule and approach in a purposeful way.
- Training, knowledge sharing and guidance support your professional growth. Team activities, sports initiatives and attention to well-being are also part of the working environment.
