Function

Can you pull projects from the first token to final delivery?

• You are the driving force behind the realisation of various real estate projects, focusing on economic zones, residential projects and mixed (re)developments.
• From idea to execution, you manage the entire development process - planning, licensing, execution, delivery and management.
• You constantly monitor the quality, feasibility and social added value of each project.
• You translate our client's strategic objectives concretely into sustainable actions, paying attention to spatial integration, economy and climate challenges.
• You will work closely in a multidisciplinary team, coordinating architects, engineering firms, contractors, investors, local authorities and other stakeholders.
• Financial management, preparing business plans and monitoring budgets are among your core tasks.
• You are the point of contact for all stakeholders and ensure smooth, clear communication.
• By analysing sites and tracking trends, you will discover new development opportunities for the region.

Profile

Can you switch easily in a fast-changing environment?

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree, or you are equivalent through experience in relevant courses and projects.
• Experience in project management, property development, public projects or complex area development is your asset.
• Knowledge of spatial planning, real estate law, subsidisation, PPP structures or local decision-making, would be nice.
• You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and orally.
• You work meticulously and in a structured way, taking responsibility and always keeping an overview.
• You are flexible, eager to learn and enjoy shifting gears within different projects.
• You enjoy working independently, but you also feel at home in a multidisciplinary team.
• You are open to innovation and sustainable solutions and want to contribute to the growth of this company with a fresh perspective.
