Civil engineering project manager

Function

As Project Manager Civil Engineering, you are the driving force behind challenging infrastructure projects, from preparation to delivery.

• You monitor the technical, commercial and financial results and make adjustments where necessary.
• You coordinate planning, execution, resources and partners, and oversee safety, quality and progress.
• You build strong partnerships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• You motivate your project team, make decisions and ensure that everyone works in a focused manner towards the same result.
• You monitor budgets, forecasts and reporting and keep management informed.

You combine site visits with consultation and preparation, maintaining a firm grip on the entire project.

Profile

• You hold a master's degree in civil or industrial engineering.
• You have 5 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure, civil engineering or construction.
• You combine organisational talent with financial insight and a strong results-driven mindset.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and French and build strong professional relationships.
• You motivate teams, take responsibility and work fluently with common PC applications and reporting tools.
