Project Manager Technologies

Function

You lead a technical team and closely monitor the planning, coordination and progress of the project. You safeguard technical quality, report on the current status and flag areas for improvement in execution and processes.

Profile

Bachelor's or master's degree in Electromechanics, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management, with specific expertise in building technologies.

Demonstrable experience with projects in a complex urban environment is a strong plus.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to switch effectively between various stakeholders and partners.

Experience with project management tools and -methodologies`, system engineering (preferably in an infrastructure environment).

In-depth knowledge of the regulations with regard to electrical and other building technologies, with a focus on sustainability and safety.

Fluent command of Dutch, both spoken and written; knowledge of English and French is an asset.
