Project Manager

Function

You will be joining a rapidly growing company specialising in electrical works for large-scale projects such as apartment blocks, major housing developments and commercial buildings. You will be responsible for the systematic and technical management of multiple projects, with a focus on quality and customer service.

You will be present at the start of your projects and take part in site meetings.

You’ll work closely with the planning department to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You are responsible for ordering the necessary materials for your projects in good time.

Drawing up claims statements and monitoring the handover are also part of your responsibilities.

You are fluent in Dutch and can get by in French and English.

You lead your team and foster a motivating working relationship with both clients and team leaders.

In this role, you will have a key responsibility for shaping the company’s future growth.

Profile

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with the following qualifications:

• A sense of initiative and responsibility.
• A commitment to quality in every aspect of project management.
• Experience in the systematic and technical management of multiple projects.
• In possession of driving licence B.
• You are motivated in your dealings with clients, colleagues and team leaders.
• Previous experience in project costing and estimation.
• You have a higher education qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.

Organisation

Our client is a rapidly growing company. They are currently involved in electrical works for large-scale projects such as apartment blocks, major housing developments and commercial buildings.

They are responsible for electrical works, home automation, lighting, automation, security and ventilation. In the near future, they also intend to add HVAC to this list.
