Civil Engineering Project Officer – A dynamic role in strategic infrastructure projects
Are you passionate about complex civil engineering projects and are you an administrative all-rounder? Our partner, a multidisciplinary contractor with a strong reputation in public works and industrial projects, has a challenging role for you. As a Civil Engineering Project Administrator, you’ll play a central role in the administrative and procurement processes for large-scale infrastructure projects in Antwerp.
What can you expect from this role?
- You will manage and closely monitor all project- and procurement-related administration to ensure that every process runs smoothly.
- Processing and checking order forms, deliveries and invoices will be among your core responsibilities.
- You will provide proactive administrative support to project leaders and project teams.
- Preparing and organising project documentation and reports is an important part of your job.
- You contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and making suggestions for optimisation.
- You will liaise between procurement, finance, suppliers and the project organisation to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Financial monitoring and reporting will also form part of your responsibilities.

Profile
Please bring the following with you
- At least a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent through experience.
- Preferably at least 0–3 years’ experience in administration within large-scale projects, ideally in the infrastructure, construction or technical sectors.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- A keen eye for process improvement and efficiency.
- A proactive, independent approach to work combined with a strong team spirit.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; experience in procurement or project administration would be an advantage.
- A keen desire to contribute to the growth ambitions of a leading construction company.
