Concrete Project Manager
Function
At our client’s company, which specialises in screed, concrete floors and floor insulation, you will be part of a dynamic team that places great emphasis on quality and efficiency. In this role, you will help bring construction projects to life, from the initial preparations right through to final handover. Thanks to your organisational skills and communication abilities, you’ll ensure that every project runs smoothly and successfully.
What will you do?
As a Concrete Project Manager, you will take on the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Project preparation:
- Entering new projects into our accounting system.
- Compiling all relevant plans, technical documents and project information.
- Preparing project documentation, such as specifications, drawings, technical details and HSE files.
- Ordering the necessary materials, machinery and concrete pumps in good time.
- Coordinating schedules and practical arrangements with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Handing over the necessary documents to the customer.
- During implementation:
- Providing support to site managers from the office.
- Maintain communication with customers and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Correctly processing work orders in the accounting system.
- Monitoring the progress of projects and processing changes in a timely manner.
- Ensure that materials, machinery and subcontractors are available in good time.
- After the performance:
- Organising and monitoring after-sales service.
- Confirmation of handover and administrative completion of the project.
- Checking purchase invoices against purchase orders.
- Preparing progress reports, invoices and final cost calculations.
- Chairs weekly operational meetings and follows up on action points.
Profile
Who are you?
We are looking for a motivated Project Manager who meets the following requirements:
- You have 3–5 years’ experience, preferably in the construction sector or project coordination.
- You have strong organisational skills and are able to work with precision.
- You are a confident communicator with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- You can manage several projects at the same time efficiently.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and are keen to take on responsibility.
- Knowledge of administrative systems and planning tools is an advantage.
You’re a real team player, but you can also work independently when necessary.

Our client is an expert in Chape and concrete floors. They also have their specialisation in floor insulation. The projects range from terraces to prisons. From a few thousand Euros to a few million.
