Project Manager

Function

• As Project Manager Techniques, you take on the coordination of ventilation projects for residential and tertiary buildings in the Antwerp region, with Brecht as the primary base.
• From preparation to delivery, you monitor progress, quality, planning and budgets, ensuring that every project is realised technically correctly and in accordance with agreements.
• You align daily with clients, contractors, internal colleagues, execution teams and subcontractors. Thanks to your clear communication, everyone knows what needs to happen and when.
• Drawing up, monitoring and adjusting project schedules forms an important part of your work. You intervene in good time when a schedule, budget or execution is at risk of deviating.
• At site and project meetings, you bring the right parties together, discuss technical points of attention and translate agreements into concrete actions.
• You closely monitor costs, yield, safety and quality of execution. In doing so, you help not only to complete projects successfully, but also to realise sustainable ventilation solutions.
• Within an organisation with multiple branches in Flanders, you work alongside experienced technical colleagues in a people-oriented environment where consultation and development have a permanent place.

Profile

• A technical qualification or first relevant experience within the construction, installation or technical engineering sector provides a solid foundation. Experience with ventilation is a bonus, but not an absolute requirement.
• You can bring structure to multiple ongoing projects and maintain an overview of planning, budget, quality and involved parties.
• As a natural communicator, you switch effortlessly between the client, contractor, site team and internal colleagues. This is important for keeping expectations clear and resolving issues quickly.
• Working independently, taking responsibility and being decisive help you to drive projects forward, even when circumstances change.
• You think practically and solution-orientedly, ask targeted questions and are open to guidance and further growth in the role of project coordinator.
