Project Manager

Function

- As Project Manager, you will be responsible for both the technical and financial follow-up of projects.

- You will manage a team consisting of work planners and project engineers.

- You will work closely with site managers to complete projects to perfection.

- Clear communication with all stakeholders is key, and where necessary, you make adjustments.

- After delivery, you thoroughly evaluate the project with all parties involved.

Profile

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our projects, responsible not only for the technical and financial aspects, but also for leading a dedicated team. If you’re an experienced civil engineer with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for large-scale projects, then we’re looking for you! Our ideal candidate has:

- A Master's degree in Architecture and/or equivalent experience accumulated as a Project Manager over the years.

- Experience in the construction sector, preferably on large-scale projects.

- Excellent people management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

- A results-oriented attitude and the ability to make proactive adjustments where necessary.

- Mental flexibility and the ability to move quickly in a dynamic environment.

- Strong organisational skills and an accurate working method.

- Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages.

Our client specialises in the engineering, production and assembly of aluminium windows, facades and solar panels. Their activities are focused on the Dutch and Belgian markets for both utility and residential construction.
