Project Manager
Function
Would you like to have overall responsibility for projects from start to finish?
- You will coordinate entire construction projects, from the concept phase through to completion, and ensure that everything runs smoothly on site.
- You will be responsible for taking measurements and translating these into clear plans and construction documents.
- Ordering materials and tracking deliveries will be part of your daily duties.
- You will maintain close contact with subcontractors, suppliers and customers, and monitor the work down to the smallest detail.
- Leadership and the allocation of tasks within the team should be approached with a positive attitude.
- You will monitor financial matters, prepare invoices and ensure that final accounts are correctly calculated upon completion.
- Ensuring quality, safety and planning is second nature to you.
- Drawing on your technical expertise, you provide advice and offer innovative solutions to challenges.

Profile

- You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field (such as architecture or civil engineering).
- Relevant experience as a project manager in construction projects is essential.
- You feel right at home on the shipyard and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
- Coordinating, planning and organising is second nature to you.
- You combine technical knowledge with analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Leadership and team spirit are your natural strengths.
- You have strong communication skills, in Dutch and ideally in French.
- You think on your feet, are solution-oriented and take responsibility.
