Function
Do you want to make your mark as a project architect on leading architectural projects at home and abroad? Our client, an innovative architectural firm in Leuven, is looking for an experienced and ambitious project architect to join their growing team!
- You are the driving force behind a variety of architectural projects (small and large), managing a team of driven architects.
- You start the day together with your team in an inspiring brainstorm and help guide the design process.
- You are the point of contact for the customer and ensure that their wishes and feedback are fully integrated into your designs.
- You will work closely with the design team and use your expertise to draw out, visualise and refine designs in Revit,.
- You smoothly monitor budgets and timing, and are alert for technical and sustainable solutions.
- You will switch effortlessly between design, administration, following up construction applications and supervising weekly site meetings.
- You end your day by drawing up project plans and preparing the next steps, with a keen eye for unique, efficient and inspiring results.
Profile
You bring the following skills with you:
- You have a master's degree in architecture.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in an (international) architectural or design firm.
- In-depth knowledge of Revit is a must.
- You have experience with large-scale projects and can move quickly in a complex, international context.
- You speak Dutch fluently; knowledge of French or English is a plus.
- Leadership experience is an asset, but not a strict requirement.
- You are strong in creative and technical design, and also know how to communicate this clearly to your team and the customer.
- You like overview, tight planning and clear communication and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You can explain your previous projects through your portfolio.
