Here you will discover what this position has to offer you:
- Follow-up of utility projects from execution design to completion: shops, offices, SMEs and many other types of projects.
- Development of implementation files and realisation plans, based on final designs.
- Coordinate internal colleagues and external partners around BIM models, detailing, specifications and measurement statements.
- Accurate site follow-up in consultation with contractors, engineering firms and building owners.
- Regular site visits and providing clear site reports.
- Monitor quality, safety aspects, schedule and budget throughout the construction process.
- Preparation of project administration and follow-up documents.
- Function as a professional point of contact for all parties involved.
Profile
Are you smooth, enterprising and reliable?
This is what our client is looking for in your profile:
- Master's degree in (engineering) architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably also in site monitoring.
- Strong in planning, organising and clearly communicating with project partners.
- Fluent knowledge of Revit, MS Office and preferably Autocad.
- Ideally, you will live a maximum of 30 minutes from the Keerbergen office.
- Eye for quality, detail and safety at every stage.
- Eager to learn, solution-oriented and proactive.
- You enjoy working independently and in a team, as well as collaborating on location.
