Process Manager Logistics

Function

As Process Manager, you bear responsibility for the implementation and operational follow-up of new 'Night' logistics activities in our six distribution locations. You will analyse, optimise and monitor logistics processes and systems while working closely with internal and external stakeholders. The core focus is on efficiency, quality, cost control and continuous improvement within warehouse, transport, and supply chain activities.

Key responsibilities you will master:

• Project implementation: Supervise phased implementation of 'Night delivery' packages at service technicians in nationwide distribution sites.
• Daily operations: Function as a central point of contact and coordination tower for customer challenges and issues.
• Transport coordination: Optimising route planning and trunk card management for distribution sites.
• Emergency plan operation: Create and coordinate emergency scenarios for unexpected challenges such as strikes or weather conditions.
• Continuous improvement: Proactively contribute to process improvements and share best practices.
• Reporting and consultation: Monitoring KPIs and communicating action plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Documentation management: Maintain process documentation and training materials.

You will work mainly from our distribution site in Asse, with regular meetings at our headquarters in Neder-Over-Heembeek.

Profile

For this challenging position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• Minimum 10 years of experience In a logistics, transport, or distribution environment.
• Strong bilingual skills in French and Dutch, with a good knowledge of English.
• Excellent coordination and decision-making skills To act autonomously.
• Advanced project management skills and process knowledge.
• A 'no-nonsense' mentality and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
• Skills in troubleshooting and proactive communication.
• Strong relationship and people management skills To build good cooperation.
• Experience with various IT systems and MS Office applications (e.g. Track & Trace, route planning).
• Flexibility in workplace and hours, including night and morning shifts.

The workplace of this role is primarily based at our distribution site in Asse, Flemish Brabant, Belgium.

This position offers an attractive package:

• Full-time framework contract of indefinite duration (38h/week).
• Work regime: Tuesday to Saturday; mainly working between 01:00 and 12:00.
