- Processing administrative data and determining priorities when planning, quality and logistics simultaneously demand attention.
- As a planning employee, you combine desk work with a visible presence on the production floor in Oosterzele. This allows you to quickly gain insight into the entire process and immediately see the results of your work.

- Good basic knowledge of MS Office and sufficient accuracy to correctly follow up on schedules, stock data and orders.
- You communicate clearly and address employees in a respectful, decisive manner when the planning or safety agreements require it.
- Setting priorities, staying calm when faced with changing demands and making independent decisions will help you maintain an overview in this varied role.
- A practical mindset and an interest in both administrative work and a production environment are important. Experience in the food sector is not required.
