Multi-disciplinary Project Coordinator
Function
- Organising and coordinating projects from preparation through to implementation
- Monitoring the budget, progress and profitability of the construction site
- Managing our own teams and subcontractors
- Preparing dossiers in accordance with the specifications
- Selecting materials and drawing up technical data sheets
- Drawing up implementation plans and schedules in collaboration with the construction team and the draughtsman
- Communicating the current status during site meetings
- Monitoring the schedule, quality and follow-up on site
- Act as the point of contact for all parties involved
Profile
- Industrial or civil engineer specialising in a technical or structural engineering discipline
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and, preferably, electrical installations as well
- You are enterprising, keen to learn and driven
- You think critically and adapt quickly when problems arise
- You have strong organisational skills and can maintain an overview of complex projects
- You communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholders
- You enjoy working as part of a team and take responsibility as a matter of course
- You are willing to grow alongside an ambitious organisation
