Technical Project Coordinator

Function

• Preparing and monitoring technical projects together with the planner
• Drawing up and monitoring the project planning
• Aligning daily priorities with the planner, team leaders and workshop managers
• Keeping the project scope up to date, including changes, additional work and bottlenecks
• Flagging the impact on planning, quality or budget in a timely manner
• Acting as the point of contact for the client during execution
• Coordinating activities with external parties on board vessels
• Communicating on progress, delays and queries regarding parts or logistics
• Contributing to finding practical solutions when planning or approach needs to be adjusted
• Ensuring clear internal communication between technical teams and relevant stakeholders

Profile

• You hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably Electromechanics
• You have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a technical, industrial or maritime environment
• Experience in organising, planning or coordinating technical activities is important
• You quickly understand technical information and translate it smoothly into concrete actions
• Experience in an industrial maintenance environment, the maritime sector or Defence is an advantage
• You communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with different teams
• You maintain overview, work in a structured manner and remain calm when priorities change
• You think proactively and enjoy finding practical solutions
