Management & Design Assistant
Function
Do you want to make a difference both administratively and creatively? Would you like to be the point of contact for colleagues and management?
- You will provide administrative, organisational and operational support to the CCO.
- You’re responsible for the diaries, appointments and ensuring meetings run smoothly.
- You will prepare documents, presentations and reports, and follow them up closely.
- You will act as the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- You are flexible and able to adapt quickly to ad hoc requests and changing priorities.
- You will actively contribute ideas on how to optimise processes within the organisation.
- You will help to draft, organise and update commercial documents, project sheets and portfolios.
- You’ll ensure that quotations, tender documents and application dossiers look impeccable, both in terms of content and design, using tools such as InDesign and Photoshop.
Profile
Do you have an eye for detail and a flair for architecture?
- You have relevant experience in an administrative, support or graphic design role.
- You are familiar with architectural plans and understand the various stages of construction projects.
- You’re a whizz at planning, organising and multitasking efficiently.
- You work accurately and independently, and you enjoy taking the initiative.
- Flexibility and the ability to switch quickly between different tasks come naturally to you.
- You have strong communication skills and a professional approach.
- Dutch and French hold no secrets for you; knowledge of English is an added bonus.
- You are proficient in MS Office and Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Discretion, reliability and a keen eye for layout are your hallmarks.
