Job description

As an Insurance Clerk, you are the first point of contact for customers with questions about their insurance files (both private individuals and SMEs). You support the Account Manager and are yourself an important advisor behind the scenes.

What does your job entail?

• You manage policies and files and make sure all info is correct in the system.
• You will prepare and follow up on quotations together with the Account Manager.
• You will help customers by phone and e-mail with their questions and actively help find solutions.
• You see opportunities to better protect customers without hardselling or cold calling.
• You schedule appointments, follow up contracts and support commercial actions.
• You work smoothly with colleagues and other departments to ensure customers are served quickly.

Profile

• You have at least a bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience.
• You have an interest in the insurance sector, or already have several years of experience.
• You are customer-oriented.
• You enjoy working accurately and feel responsible for your files.
• You see commercial opportunities and think along with the customer, without pushing behaviour.
• You speak and write Dutch fluently.
• You love teamwork and want to work in a close-knit, supportive team.

Both junior and senior profiles are welcome.

The office will look at your experience and give you appropriate responsibilities.
