Technical Support Specialist
Function
As an After-Sales Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with telescopic stands. You will analyse reports received by telephone or email, identify the problem and offer practical solutions.
When a repair is required, you gather all the necessary information and forward it to the Costing & Quotation department so that an accurate quotation can be drawn up quickly. In addition, in consultation with the Engineering department, you prepare various after-sales assignments. This ensures that technicians can set off to the customer’s premises well prepared and with the correct information.
You will also be closely involved in the scheduling of technicians and fitters. In the event of technical issues on site, you will act as the first point of contact for the technicians. Thanks to your technical insight and strong communication skills, you will ensure that both customers and colleagues can get back to work quickly and efficiently.
