As a Credit Advisor, you will help customers find the right financing solutions, from home and car loans to personal loans. You will analyse their financial situation, listen to their wishes and offer tailored advice. Thanks to your expert guidance, customers feel well informed and supported in important financial decisions.
What will you do?
- Advising individuals on home, car and personal loans tailored to their financial situation.
- Guide customers through the entire credit process, from application to approval.
- Analyse and review credit files for financial viability.
- Keeping abreast of credit market and new financial products.
- Collaborate with colleagues for smooth service delivery and optimal customer satisfaction.
Profile
- At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics or finance.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in banking or insurance sector, preferably with credit.
- Customer-oriented, communicatively strong and solution-oriented.
- Analytical minded and accurate in processing credit files.
- Excellent Dutch, both oral and written.
