Are you a customer-oriented advisor with a passion for credit and financial solutions? Do you want to guide people to realise their housing and financial dreams? Then this role as Credit Counsellor perfect for you!

As a Credit Advisor, you will help individuals find the right financing solutions, be it a home loan, car loan or personal loan. You will listen to their needs, analyse their financial situation and offer a tailor-made solution. Your expertise and guidance ensure that customers feel well informed and supported in important financial decisions.

• You will advise customers on residential and personal loans tailored to their financial situation and needs.
• You will guide them through the entire credit process, from application to approval.
• You will analyse credit files and assess financial viability.
• You closely follow the credit market and new developments to always provide customers with the best solutions.
• You will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service and optimal customer satisfaction.

Profile

• You have a bachelor's degree (preferably in economics or finance).
• You have at least 2 years' experience within the banking and/or insurance sector, preferably with credits.
• You are customer-oriented, communicatively strong and solution-oriented.
• You have an analytical mind and work accurately with credit files.
• Your command of Dutch is excellent, both orally and in writing.
