Insurance and Credit Account Manager

Function

At this family-run firm in Zottegem, you’ll take on a varied role focusing on loans, insurance and customer relations:

• Advising clients on mortgages and consumer credit.
• Handling and following up on insurance enquiries. The focus here is on private individuals, but you will also provide support to the self-employed and small business owners.
• Guiding customers from enquiry to completion, with the aim of providing comprehensive support.
• Proactively scheduling appointments and following up on opportunities.
• Supporting colleagues where necessary (e.g. administration, files).

Profile

If you are applying for the role of Insurance and Credit Account Manager, you will recognise yourself in the following characteristics:

• You already have extensive experience in the financial sector, ideally in the field of insurance and/or credit.
• A completed degree in an economics discipline.
• You are in possession of a PCP-Attest.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• Enthusiastic team player with a customer-oriented and correct attitude.
• Some initial experience in the field of credit is a major advantage.

Our client is an independent branch of a leading Belgian banking and insurance group that has been operating in the Belgian market for over 60 years. The branch in Zottegem offers local customers a wide range of financial services, from bank accounts and loans to investment advice and insurance.

You will be joining a team of five colleagues, each with their own specialism within banking, insurance, loans and/or investments. To support the firm’s growth, they are currently looking for a new colleague who wishes to focus on the combination of loans and insurance.
