• Advising clients around insurance solutions (BOAR)
• Drafting and monitoring insurance policies
• Assisting with claims files
• Managing and further developing customer relationships
• Detecting opportunities and cross-selling
• Support in day-to-day banking where necessary
• Working by appointment to optimise customer support

Focus on insurance, but comprehensive advice to customers

Profile

• PCP certificate is a must
• Experience in insurance is a plus, but not a must
• You are customer-oriented and communicatively strong
• You think along and ask the right questions
• You work in a structured and independent way
• You are open to learning about investments as well

This position can also be combined with investments, depending on your profile
