Credit and insurance adviser

Function

A varied role with a focus on credit, insurance and customer contact:

• Advising customers around credits (mortgage, consumer credit, ...)
• Recording and monitoring insurance questions (private and basic professional)
• Assisting customers from application to completion
• Proactively scheduling appointments and following up on opportunities
• Support colleagues as needed (including administration, files)
• Beurtrol in telephony (morning)

Profile

You seek stability and want to develop broadly within banking and insurance:

• First experience within banking or insurance (credits is a plus)
• Commercially minded, without being “pushy”
• Proactive: you take initiative towards customers
• Customer-oriented and communicatively strong
• You speak fluent Dutch and good French
• You work in a structured way and keep an overview of files
• You are flexible and help out in the team where needed
• You're looking for a long-term story, not an intermediate one

Organisation

You will join an independent office attached to a large bank-insurer, with two branches on the coast.

• Team of 3 case managers and about 7 employees
• Strong focus on investments as main source of income
• Clientele with high expectations and personalised approach
• Growing structure in need of additional support
• No individual KPIs, but shared objectives
• Informal atmosphere with direct communication
