Function
- Follow-up and development of commercial leads
- Advising customers around banking products and insurance
- Managing both BOAR and life insurance policies
- Support in day-to-day banking
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Actively participate in the commercial growth of the firm
Focus on combination bank + insurance, with room for investments
Profile
- First relevant experience within banking or insurance
- PCP certificate is a must
- Commercially minded and customer-oriented
- Independent and proactive
- Social, easy-going and professional appearance
- You feel comfortable in a smaller, informal working environment

Organisation
Our client is an independent banking and insurance firm with a strong local presence. The firm is characterised by a personal approach and close cooperation within the team.
The team currently consists of about three employees, so everyone takes on a broad role and works closely together. They work without individual targets, focusing on long-term customer relationships and quality service.
Due to future evolutions within the firm, there are sure to be growth opportunities over time for motivated employees who want to develop within banking and insurance.
