Forwarder Export

Function

Your challenge as an export forwarder:

• You will provide full management of ocean freight files, including follow-up and administration of export shipments (A to Z).
• You will ensure efficient and timely processing of freight flows and ensure correct data entry into operational systems.
• You oversee compliance with internal and external laws and regulations and actively work to optimise processes within the team.
• You maintain smooth communication with international partners, customers and colleagues, offering flexible solutions where needed.
• You identify bottlenecks to management in a timely manner and contribute to achieving the high quality standards.

Profile

What do you bring:

• Relevant experience and/or training in logistics, export, or a similar field is a plus.
• You are communicatively strong, accurate, solution-oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment.
• You have good computer skills (Excel, Word).
• Dutch and English are fluent, knowledge of additional languages is an asset.

Offer

Our offer includes:

• Gross salary between €3,000-3,900.
• Full-time daytime hours (38h/week) - Mon to Thu from 8am to 4.30pm and Fri from 8am to 4pm.
• Meal vouchers: €8/day worked.
• Eco-cheques: €250/year.
• Hospitalisation insurance: free affiliation with AG, family members can join at a favourable premium.
• Pension plan: 1% of gross annual salary is paid into the pension fund.
• Bike Lease: after 6 months in service.
