Dispatch Administrator
Function
As a Dispatch Administrator in Puurs, you play a central role in ensuring daily transport and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for identifying discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and streamlining communication between dispatch, drivers and operational teams. You will work together in a dynamic environment where your organisational and communication skills are essential.
- Record, analyse and follow up deviations within dispatch and operations;
- Prepare, review and in-depth analysis of warehouse lists to identify operational bottlenecks;
- Process and validate operational data for accuracy and completeness;
- Direct communication with drivers, answering questions and supporting daily dispatch activities;
- Follow up on operational constraints and obstacles until they are resolved.
Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and accurate professional with strong communication skills and keen analytical abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and understand the operational aspects of logistics and transport.
- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably within logistics or warehouses;
- Strong analytical ability and ability to interpret operational data;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good knowledge of French;
- Comfortable dealing with drivers and operational teams;
- Be able to work independently, while working closely with dispatch and warehouse colleagues.
