What will your days as a customer service representative at our client located in Zeebrugge look like?

• Managing transport orders: every day you enjoy processing various transport orders and make sure everything runs smoothly
• Bookings in our system: you enter transport orders in the in-house software system and keep a tidy record of everything
• Thinking ahead and communicating: you are always alert to potential problems or delays and inform customers clearly and on time
• Order tracking: from loading to unloading, you are the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly and is handled accurately
• Collaboration: you will work closely with your colleagues in Zeebrugge and the UK. Teamwork makes the dream work!

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience: a bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English both orally and in writing
• Team player and communicator: work well together and communicate clearly
• Anticipating and prioritising: thinking ahead and dealing efficiently with tasks and deadlines
• Assertive: confident and able to stand up for yourself
