Function

As a temporary customer service employee you will be part of a dedicated and professional team responsible for delivering the highest quality service to an international client base. So what does your day look like?

• The main objective of your job is to fully accept and process transport orders
• Follow up the entire order acceptance process combined with administrative tasks
• Act as an intermediary for our customers
• Proactively resolve issues that may lead to customer dissatisfaction
• Ensuring transport planners are aware of accepted orders
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams

Profile

You may recognise you as customer service officer in following cases:

• Some work experience in a customer service role, preferably in the logistics sector
• Strong communication skills and a real team player. Indeed, you will work closely together in a close-knit team
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good command of both English and Dutch languages
• You are customer friendly
