Function
What will your days as a customer service representative at our client located in Zeebrugge look like?
- Managing transport orders: every day you enjoy processing various transport orders and make sure everything runs smoothly
- Bookings in our system: you enter transport orders in the in-house software system and keep a tidy record of everything
- Thinking ahead and communicating: you are always alert to potential problems or delays and inform customers clearly and on time
- Order tracking: from loading to unloading, you are the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly and is handled accurately
- Collaboration: you will work closely with your colleagues in Zeebrugge and the UK. Teamwork makes the dream work!
Profile

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience: a bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English both orally and in writing
- Team player and communicator: work well together and communicate clearly
- Anticipating and prioritising: thinking ahead and dealing efficiently with tasks and deadlines
- Assertive: confident and able to stand up for yourself

Our client is a specialist in container logistics, offering tailor-made solutions for container transport and storage. The company focuses on providing efficient and reliable services in the container handling industry, both nationally and internationally.

- A full-time position from Monday to Friday in a 38-hour work week (6 ADV days per year)
- A varied schedule where you will start week one at 7.30am, week two at 8.30am and week three at 9.30am
