Customer Adviser
Function
It is important to strive for a high level of customer satisfaction.
Following in-depth technical and commercial training, you will have a thorough understanding of our client’s products. You will be responsible for payment transactions and act as the point of contact for our clients.
The aim of the role is welcoming and serving customers in a customer-friendly manner. Through proactive and reactive discussions, you identify opportunities and work on customer-focused solutions.
- You will hold discussions with our customers, drawing on your knowledge to do so. all areas of a bank-insurer’s business;
- You have a basic understanding of all areas has a good grasp of the subject and refers people to experts where necessary;
- You are able to create a 360° banking service to provide to all customers;
- You ring customers up and invite them to a meeting;
- You’re joining the digital evolution and can pass this on to your colleagues and clients;
- You aim to the best possible customer service after;
Profile

- You must have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience;
- Customer focus is highly regarded by you;
- You are a real team player with a commercial mindset;
- You are enthusiastic and communicative;
- You are flexible and socially adept;
- You are stress-resistant;
- You enjoy keeping in touch with people;
- You can work independently;
