Customer advisor

Function

As Customer Service Advisor – Reception & Day-to-Day Banking You’ll be the face of the branch. You’ll welcome customers, help them with their day-to-day banking enquiries and ensure they feel welcome straight away. You’ll also provide administrative support to your colleagues and gradually build up your banking knowledge.

Your duties will include:

• Greet customers at reception and assist them in a professional manner.
• Answering questions about day-to-day banking.
• Opening accounts and processing day-to-day banking transactions.
• To provide administrative support to colleagues.
• Handling enquiries by telephone and booking appointments.
• Refer customers to the appropriate specialist when necessary.
• Help ensure the office runs smoothly.

You are an enthusiastic and customer-focused person who enjoys helping others.

In addition, you should recognise yourself in as many of the points below as possible:

• Ideally, you will have some initial experience in the banking sector or in a customer-focused administrative role.
• You are friendly, professional and a good communicator.
• You stay calm when things get busy.
• You work accurately and in an organised way.
• You are keen to learn and want to develop your career within the banking sector.
• You are a real team player.
• You speak Dutch fluently. Knowledge of French is a real asset.
• You’re looking for a stable employer for the long term.
