Logistics Account Manager

Function

As Account Manager You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Turning quotations into new partnerships.
• Visiting customers and translating their needs into suitable logistics solutions.
• Negotiating quotations, terms and conditions, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor cases through to handover and implementation.
• Working with the inside sales and operations teams.
• Report on commercial progress and results to the sales manager on a weekly basis.
• Working in accordance with the agreed KPIs.

Profile

Are you the Account Manager What are we looking for?

• You have proven experience in sales, business development or customer relationship management and are familiar with the logistics sector.
• You are results-oriented and feel comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
• You are able to express yourself professionally in Dutch, French and English.
• You are willing to visit customers in the region and beyond, and you are able to make commercial decisions and organise follow-up actions independently.
