Commercial Logistics Clerk
Function
As a Commercial Logistics Clerk with our client, your day will be as follows:
- You will prepare price quotes for both projects and ad hoc requests and ensure accurate administration around client tenders, including monitoring deadlines.
- You will manage rate books, check outgoing invoices, prepare commercial presentations and organise customer meetings efficiently.
- You think proactively to offer the best possible services to your customer and spar with your 7 colleagues.
- You do preparatory work for the reps by gathering info on their prospect.
Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic employee who meets the following requirements:
- You have a good knowledge of logistics from another role and want to use this knowledge in a commercial role
- A good command of Dutch and English
- You are comfortable with MS Office.
- Administratively strong, accurate and able to prioritise.
- Commercial attitude and good understanding of figures.
- Solution-oriented thinking and remaining calm under pressure.
