Dispatch Analyst

Function

As a Dispatch Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of dispatch operations
• You analyse dispatch data and errors to identify trends and areas for improvement
• You proactively think of ways to improve the logistics flow
• You will work in collaboration with the relevant departments in IT and Dispatch
• You will work the regular afternoon shift from 1 pm to 9 pm, but this role may be moved to 10 am to 6 pm

Profile

If you are applying for the role of Dispatch Analyst, you will recognise yourself in the following competencies:

• You have had your first positive experience in logistics or have completed a relevant degree
• You are very proficient in using various ERP systems and MS Office
• You can express yourself professionally in Dutch and English
• You are a very good listener and have the patience to learn how the systems work
• You have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
