Chief Commercial Officer

• As Chief Commercial Officer, you are responsible for the entire commercial strategy and play a central role in implementing the growth strategies.
• Together with the management team, you will develop a commercial vision and translate this into a concrete approach across various departments.
• You will coach and support the commercial teams and act as a visible point of contact within the organisation.
• You will lead strategic projects, encourage collaboration and build lasting relationships with clients, partners, architects and other stakeholders.
• You will work closely with the CEO and make a direct contribution to the company’s continued international growth and development.

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in a commercial management role within a technical B2B environment. You possess both strategic insight and a hands-on approach, and are able to inspire and coach staff. Ideally, you will have the following:

• A Master’s degree or equivalent level of academic ability;
• At least ten years’ relevant experience in a senior commercial role;
• Experience in technical project sales;
• An affinity with industrial or construction-related markets;
• Excellent communication and organisational skills;
• A good command of Dutch, French and English.

Experience in sectors such as fire safety, industrial doors, construction technology, logistics automation or related fields is a significant asset.

Our client is a financially sound and stable company that is continuing to grow. They specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of high-quality fire-resistant gates and doors. They currently employ around 100 staff and have been in business for over 25 years. To continue supporting their growth, they are currently looking for a CCO who will not only steer the commercial strategy but also help build an organisation centred on collaboration, knowledge-sharing and sustainable growth.
