Claims Manager

Function

As a claims manager, you are on standby to handle claims accurately and efficiently. You will be the point of contact for customers with queries and ensure that files are completed flawlessly and according to the rules. You will:

• Opening and following up claims files from A to Z.
• Advise customers professionally and answer their questions clearly.
• Liaise and consult with insurers.
• Streamlining the process so that everything runs efficiently.

Profile

To be considered for the role of claims manager, you recognise the following:

• You have a degree in insurance, law or a related field.
• You have at least 3 years' experience in claims management or a similar position.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• You work accurately, solution-oriented and remain calm in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of the Brio is a plus!
