Claims Manager
Function
As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for handling and processing claims. You can expect the following range of tasks:
- Handling damage claims
- Analysing and assessing incoming claims
- Maintain communication with customers and insurance companies
- Provide customer service and support
- Drafting reports and documenting cases
Profile
We are looking for a motivated and accurate Claims Administrator with a customer-oriented attitude. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- At least a completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 0-3 years' work experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and service-oriented
- Proactive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
