Insurance claims manager

Function

· You manage claims and insurance files from A to Z;

· You analyse claims and assess liabilities;

· You are the point of contact for insurance brokers, experts, lawyers and internal stakeholders;

· You follow up on claims and ensure the correct handling of outstanding files;

· You take out site-related insurance policies and monitor existing policies;

· You check insurance premiums and policy conditions;

· You advise colleagues and management on insurance and liability matters;

· You monitor deadlines, procedures and legal obligations;

Profile

Do you recognise yourself in this?

· In possession of a bachelor's degree in Legal Practice, a master's degree in Law or equivalent experience;

· Experience within insurance, claims handling or claims management;

· Knowledge of insurance law is a major asset;

· Experience with construction-related insurance is a plus;

· You communicate fluently in Dutch. French and English is a plus;

· You work accurately, discreetly and independently;

· Analytically strong and thinks in a solution-oriented manner;

Our client, located in Beerse, is a Belgian road construction and infrastructure company. CA Infra carries out both public and private infrastructure works. The company includes, amongst others:
