Function

• Analysing specifications and translating the technical content into accurate pricing.
• Gathering the necessary information to estimate and budget projects as accurately as possible.
• Drawing up detailed cost price calculations based on plans, measurement data, and specifications.
• Supporting the tender phase and the preparation of the award phase of construction projects.
• Carefully reviewing prices and quantities to arrive at a well-founded calculation.
• Coordinating with internal colleagues and other stakeholders to compile dossiers completely and accurately.
• Contributing thoughts on feasibility, methods of execution, and possible optimisations within the project.

Profile

• You hold a degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• You bring several years of experience, preferably with a large contractor.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Solibri, or KPD is an advantage.
• You think proactively and enjoy collaborating on solutions for technical challenges.
• You work accurately, systematically and in a structured way.
• You are a true team player who can substantiate and clearly communicate your viewpoints.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and can also express yourself in French and English.
