What will you do during your working day?

• Analysing construction plans and specifications to accurately determine costs
• Requesting and comparing quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• You are responsible for the correct and complete preparation of quotations
• Assessing risks and adjusting budgets if necessary
• Consulting regularly with colleagues and external parties within the project
• Thinking along and responding quickly to unexpected challenges
• Entering calculations into the internal system
• Work on various projects and files that you manage independently
• Balancing multiple projects and strict deadlines is part of your daily responsibility.

Profile

What does our client look for in you?

• You have a bachelor's degree in technical drawing, a master's degree in structural engineering/architecture, or relevant work experience equivalent.
• You have experience as a calculator in the construction industry or in structural engineering.
• You have analytical thinking skills and good numerical understanding.
• You are fully familiar with Excel and know all the tricks of the trade.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and a basic knowledge of French.
• You are organisationally strong, work in a structured and independent manner, and have a keen eye for detail.
