Function

As a Quantity Surveyor for our client, you will translate clients’ wishes and requirements into competitive, detailed cost estimates and tenders for challenging industrial construction projects. Thanks to your technical insight and analytical skills, you will be involved in the tendering and design process from start to finish.

You will work closely with the sales department, clients, architects, engineering firms and subcontractors. You will be supported in this by the in-house technical engineering department and can count on guidance from experienced colleagues. You will coordinate the process, monitor progress and ensure that every detail is correct – from initial calculations to the handover of the project to the site manager.

Your contribution is essential to the delivery of high-quality and innovative construction projects in the industrial sector!

Profile

• You have a master's degree, preferably in a construction or engineering field.
• You have proven experience as a quantity surveyor or cost analyst within the construction or engineering sector.
• You work with the utmost precision, have an eye for detail and think analytically.
• You are independent, but you also work extremely well as part of a team.
• You have a good understanding of technical matters and excellent communication skills.
• You have an advanced level of proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Experience of industrial construction projects is an advantage.
