Function
Fancy playing out your maths and puzzle talent on a daily basis?
- You will analyse tender dossiers for technical and financial feasibility for unique utility projects in sports, education, healthcare and welfare.
- You request quotations from subcontractors and suppliers and critically compare them.
- In consultation with engineering firms, architects and subcontractors, you compile accurate measurement records.
- You will coordinate and support the design of new projects, especially for Design & Build assignments.
- You will gather all necessary technical information from customers, public authorities, suppliers and architects.
- Because of your organisation, all noses point in the same direction during technical discussions.
- You will visit the yard to carry out inventories and studies.
- You will be responsible for preparing initial construction budgets and construction time.
Profile
Are you a born number cruncher with a passion for building?
- You are a team player and firmly believe in the importance of working together.
- You work meticulously and precisely, even under time pressure.
- You have strong analytical skills and think in solutions.
- You explain the figures to your colleagues in a clear way.
- You obtained a bachelor's degree in architecture (or equivalent through experience).
- An initial working experience of about two years as a calculator is already behind you.
- You feel at home in a project-driven, innovative environment.
- Reading plans, understanding figures and managing budgets energise you.
