Assistant Dispatcher Administrator
Function
As an Assistant Dispatcher Admin, you will play a crucial role within our dispatch team in Bornem. You will provide administrative support to the dispatcher and contribute ideas for process improvements. Your duties will include drawing up CMR documents, maintaining contact with customers and suppliers, and ensuring that data is processed and forwarded correctly. In addition, you will analyse dispatch processes and contribute to smart solutions for operational challenges. You will work as part of the team during the late shift (13:00–21:00) or day shift (10:00–18:00), depending on your preference.
Profile
We are looking for an Assistant Dispatcher Admin with a strong background in administration and analytical skills. You are:
- Let’s get started with the new systems and technologies.
- Curious and thinks beyond standard solutions.
- A good listener, attentive to feedback from customers and drivers.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (basic knowledge of French is an advantage).
- Ideally, you will already have some experience in logistics, freight forwarding or as a dispatcher.
