Function

As architect you get the chance to really make your mark on a variety of projects. You will work in an environment where trust, autonomy and cooperation are key. You take charge of your own files, manage a team and monitor quality throughout the entire process. You are the point of contact for builders and contractors and ensure that each project is realised smoothly, correctly and with an eye for detail.

• Leading architectural commissions: You take responsibility for your own projects and manage assistant and junior profiles
• Complete architecture process follow-up: You will supervise all phases: existing condition, preliminary design, permit, tendering and site coordination
• Contact with builders and contractors: You ensure clear communication and flawless execution of the assignment
• Monitor project organisation: You keep an overview, monitor quality and planning and meet deadlines, even under pressure
• Working independently and in a team: You work autonomously within the project parameters while remaining a strong team player
• Reporting to case managers: You communicate progress clearly and regularly to managers

Profile

You are someone who can carry a project from start to finish with maturity, professional expertise and a sense of responsibility. You combine creativity with technical expertise and feel at home in an environment where quality, cooperation and clear communication are key. Thanks to your experience and professional attitude, you are a valuable link within each project team.

• Master's degree in architecture: You hold a master's degree in (engineering) architecture
• Extensive professional experience: You have at least 5-8 years of relevant experience within the profession
• Strong communication skills: You communicate fluently with colleagues, customers and construction partners
• Creative insight within clear parameters: You design innovatively, but always within the agreed preconditions
• Software skills: You have a command of Vectorworks and MS-Office, or you are willing to train quickly in these areas
