Architect
Function
As an architect, you will take charge of your own projects and work with a team of assistants to bring each project to fruition.
What will you do?
- You will work on your own architectural assignments and co-direct the project from A to Z
- Together with your team, you will go through the entire architectural process: existing condition, preliminary design, permit, tender and site monitoring
- You will liaise with builders, contractors and other partners to ensure smooth implementation
- You monitor the planning, quality and progress of your projects, even under time pressure
- You work both independently and as part of a team, taking the lead where necessary within planning, budget and team agreements
Profile
Are you an experienced architect who enjoys taking responsibility and gets energy from leading projects from A to Z? Then you might recognise yourself in this profile.
- You have a master's degree in (engineering) architecture
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- You have strong organisational and communication skills, both with colleagues and with customers and construction partners
- You have a strong knowledge of numbers and construction technical jargon
- You have experience with Vectorworks and MS Office
- You are reliable and handle confidential information with discretion
Organisation
Our client is a dynamic and growing architectural firm with broad experience in a variety of construction and design projects.
They work on both residential projects (houses and flats) and non-residential buildings such as SME buildings, offices and public buildings. Interior and design assignments are also part of their portfolio, each time in new-build and renovation contexts.
